Pornmaker Terms of Service

Welcome to Pornmaker. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pornmaker website, AI girlfriend platform, AI chatting features and any related services (together, the "Service"). By using Pornmaker you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility & 18+ requirement
Pornmaker is an adult-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using Pornmaker you confirm that you meet this requirement and that adult AI content is legal where you live.
2. Your Pornmaker account
You are responsible for keeping your Pornmaker login credentials private and for everything that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact Pornmaker support immediately.
3. Acceptable use
Pornmaker exists for consensual adult AI roleplay and chatting. You agree not to use Pornmaker for any unlawful purpose, to generate content depicting minors, real identifiable people without consent, non-consensual scenarios involving real persons, or anything that violates applicable laws.
4. AI girlfriends and AI generated content
All AI girlfriends, characters, images and conversations on Pornmaker are AI generated. They do not represent real people. Pornmaker grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the AI content you generate inside the Service for your own private use.
5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Some Pornmaker features require a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your Pornmaker account; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
6. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the prompts, scenes and messages you send to Pornmaker. You grant Pornmaker a limited license to process this content to provide the Service, maintain safety filters and improve AI quality, always within the limits set by the Pornmaker Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited content
The following are strictly forbidden on Pornmaker: any sexual content involving minors or characters who appear to be minors, content promoting violence against real people, hate speech, illegal sexual acts, fabricated content about real public figures, and any attempt to bypass Pornmaker safety systems.
8. Intellectual property
The Pornmaker brand, logo, software, AI characters and design are owned by Pornmaker or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute any part of Pornmaker without written permission.
9. Third-party services
Pornmaker may rely on third parties for hosting, payment processing and analytics. Those parties have their own terms and Pornmaker is not responsible for their behavior beyond what is required to deliver the Service.
10. Disclaimers
Pornmaker is provided "as is" and "as available." Pornmaker does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate. You use AI generated content from Pornmaker at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pornmaker and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Pornmaker total liability is capped at the amount you paid to Pornmaker in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Pornmaker harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
Pornmaker may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the Pornmaker brand. You may stop using Pornmaker at any moment by deleting your account.
14. Changes to the Service
Pornmaker may add, modify or remove features at any time. We do our best to give notice for significant changes that affect paying users.
15. Changes to these Terms
Pornmaker may update these Terms when the Service evolves. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of Pornmaker after changes means you accept the new Terms.
16. Privacy
Your use of Pornmaker is also governed by the Pornmaker Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
17. DMCA and copyright complaints
If you believe content on Pornmaker infringes your copyright, contact Pornmaker with the URL, a description of the work and your contact details. Pornmaker handles valid notices promptly.
18. Export controls and sanctions
You agree not to use Pornmaker in any country subject to export restrictions that would make the Service unlawful.
19. Force majeure
Pornmaker is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, natural disasters or government actions.
20. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. Pornmaker may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
21. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
22. No waiver
Failure by Pornmaker to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pornmaker is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
24. Dispute resolution
Most disputes can be solved by contacting Pornmaker support first. Where that fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, unless prohibited by law.
25. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Pornmaker Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pornmaker about the Service.
